Phil Donnison, one of the MHA coaching team, is providing executive coaching to two of the executive team at Lowell Group in Leeds. This work follows on from working on the Leading the Organisation programme with Lowell last year, where Phil provided some team coaching and telephone coaching for four members of the 14 strong leadership team. The Leading the Organisation programme included three other executive coaches from Matthew Hunter Associates.
Phil is based in Kendal and is a Chartered Psychologist. He is a founder member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology. Phil also undertakes work for the Center for Creative Leadership and for the Manchester Business School, as well as other private clients.
